Returns
Our hassle free return policy lasts for 7 days. We offer 7 days only due to the value of our items. If the order is not suitable, please get in touch with us right away.

If 7 or more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange

To be considered for a return, we must receive your item unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** If you have electronically registered your purchase with the manufacturer then we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.

To complete your return

  1. email us at hello@theindependentcollective.com for a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER so we know to expect your item and process it easier.
  2. We will book and send you by email a return shipping label
  3. All returned items are subject to a shipping fee of AUD25/HKD100 


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note: shipping charges are non refundable.


Clearance items 
Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, unfortunately clearance items can not be refunded or exchanged. Clearance Items will be offered store credit less shipping & handling charge of AUD25.00 . Clearance items are defined by any item which has a reduction of price by more than 15% of its original Recommended Retail Price

Special Orders
Special orders are not eligible for refunds and it is at our discretion to offer an exchange for your order. Please check with us on the policy before ordering. All special order exchanges are subject to a variable shipping recovery charge. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your statement as there is often a processing wait time.

SEVENFRIDAY Registration.

If you have purchased a SEVENFRIDAY and proceeded with the digital warranty registration through the SEVENFRIDAY app we are unable to accept a return or exchange. Please be very sure you will keep your watch before registration.

**Effective January 1 2023.

Order Cancellations

Pre-orders & Special order cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

We reserve the right to amend the policy at any time in line with the rights of the consumer.
