QLOCKTWO receives two more prestigious awards • Official Communication

QLOCKTWO CREATOR'S EDITION GLINTSCAPE has now been awarded the German Design Award 2022 in the category "Excellent Product Design — Material and Surfaces". This exceptional creation thus joins the exclusive collection of award-winning contemporary objects shortly after its release. It was only in September of this year that the QLOCKTWO 180 CREATOR'S EDITION GLINTSCAPE was presented to the world public in an exclusive setting at The Circleshopping area at Zurich Airport. The German Design Council, the German authority for marketing and design, has also recognized QLOCKTWO as one of the Major German Brands 2022.

The QLOCKTWO CREATOR'S EDITION GLINTSCAPE impresses with a frontcover made of million-year-old sedimentary rock. It forms a unique relief of random irregularities and has a pearlescent surface. The mixture of green, red, and golden tones is reminiscent of an autumn landscape reflected in a sparkling lake. The precious natural stone enters into an extraordinary union with the poetic time display of the QLOCKTWO, creating a unique art object. The renowned German Design Award is presented by a top-class and international jury on behalf of the German Design Council for outstanding and inspiring design achievements.

QLOCKTWO is part of the Major German Brands

For the second time, the German Design Council has also honored QLOCKTWO as one of the Major German Brands 2022. Initiated by the German Bundestag and sponsored by German industry, the Council is Germany's design and marketing authority, which has established itself as a world-leading center of excellence for communication and knowledge transfer in the field of design, brand and innovation. Thus, the authority not only honors QLOCKTWO, but at the same time recognizes masterful design.

A great deal of heart and soul and passion goes into every single timepiece: from the inspiration in the minds of the two founders to the production at the place of origin in Schwäbisch Gmünd. There, new creations with unique approaches to design and technology are constantly being developed. The creation of each QLOCKTWO is determined by our value system, which consists of distinctive design and creative innovation.

The idea of QLOCKTWO was born out of our two founders, Biegert & Funk, and their examination of time. In the meantime, the name QLOCKTWO is known nationally and internationally for unique and multiple award-winning art and design objects with poetic time display. Since the release of the first specimen, the QLOCKTWO family has already received more than 30 international awards, such as the Red Dot Design Award or the iF Design Award.
